Creamy Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken
A delicious and creamy version of Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken.
- 5 cups Farfalles
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 chicken breasts cooked and diced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the Farfalles. 5 Minutes into cooking, add the frozen peas. When pasta is soft and peas are cooked, drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the cream cheese, parmesan, milk, and garlic. Once boiling, remove from heat and blend with an immersion blender to mix until smooth.
- Add the chicken, pasta, and peas. Stir to combine. Place in a casserole dish to serve.
